Topgolf Digital Marketing Manager in San Francisco, California

Overview

This person will serve as brand manager of our new mobile game title, Tee Time Adventures, acting as a driving force of our player communication, crafting and developing the right messaging to reach our audiences. They are responsible for managing programming, helping create awesome content, sharing it with our audience and using analytics to learn what engages them across multiple marketing channels. They will use their creativity to increase community growth and engagement, partner with teams across the organization and will be exposed to all areas of marketing with room to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic content calendar

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop photo, graphic and video content around announcements, new game features, relevant cultural moments and other community engagement

  • Execute campaigns primarily through digital marketing channels and social media

  • Track and analyze content/campaign success, sharing feedback with appropriate teams and suggestions for improvements

  • Work with community and support teams to manage and meaningfully connect with our community

  • Research new opportunities to reach our audience through content distribution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising

  • 3+ years similar digital marketing experience

  • 2+ years Managing a brand in-house or agency

  • 2+ years Marketing experience in sports or gaming industry

  • Serve as brand manager for a new mobile game title, keeping voice/tone consistent, fun, high quality, engaging

  • Work directly with Director of Marketing to develop and manage strategic content calendar

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must be extremely organized and able to successfully prioritize and reach multiple deadlines at once

  • Understanding and interest in the ever-changing world of social media

  • Good addition to our small team

  • Flexible, helpful and an insightful self-starter

  • Interest in golf/gaming a plus, but not required

Travel up to 5% for possible events/live activations and occasional team off-site
