Topgolf Director of Sales in Roseville, California

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements.

  • Monitor market competition and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Develop and manage the sales department budget.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
