We require:
Strong F&B concept management experience, with an emphasis on High Volume and High FUN leadership
Proven leadership development experience with tactical examples of mentorship, leadership and performance development
Tangible dedication to providing a best in class hospitality experience to both internal and external guests
Strong knowledge of financials; food costing, labor, revenue, inventory, purchasing, etc.
Experience managing schedules for a large team
Ability to self-evaluate and consistently identify areas where knowledge or performance improvement can be identified and actioned
