Topgolf Lead Marketing Champion (Hourly, Part-time) in Dallas Venue, Texas
What You’ll Do
Topgolf is seeking a Marketing Lead that works with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life, plans and executes a local marketing plan, and keeps the venue up to brand standard. Their communication skills and vibrant personality are just as important as their knowledge of marketing.
The venue teams rely on the Marketing Department for direction of offers, promotions, events and campaign initiatives as they bridge the gap between the central marketing team and operations.
This role provides an opportunity to experience many different aspects of Marketing and sets the Marketing Lead up for success with future management positions.

How You’ll Do It
Know the local market! Where people go, when they go, and major events in the area
Conduct outreach at local festivals, 5Ks, EXPOs, etc., promote Topgolf and garner leads to drive visits to the venue
Supporting outreach programs as part of national and local campaigns or to enhance community relations (networking, event opportunities, key players)
Tracking results of all activity and aiding in development of recommendations for future activity
Work with Marketing Manager to execute and activate the central marketing campaigns onsite as directed by the corporate marketing team
Work with venue management to educate and engage associates on important campaign details including campaign objectives, target audience, upsell tactics, offers, etc.
Activate and support venue implementation and activation of corporate partnerships
Ensure all materials on display onsite comply with brand standards (timely/updated/in good shape)
Maintain the stock/version of promotional items and ongoing inventory (hand out items, promo cards, tents, banners, games, posters, brochures, etc.)
Garner content for use on local Topgolf social channel, supporting national campaigns and local initiatives, assist in scheduling and drafting posts upon request
Fulfill approved requests for donations/sponsorships of local community organizations
Participate in charitable outreach and volunteering that can also be a business/networking opportunity
What We’re Looking For
Pursuing a career in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
0-11 years’ experience in a Marketing role
Hours vary by season, but ability to work 10-25 hours per week, on average, with weekend availability
