Job Responsibilities
Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs for Topgolf.com, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces, considering the latest design trends and best practices in web design.
Develop and execute UX strategies to enhance the overall usability and accessibility of Topgolf's web assets.
Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather valuable user feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure a consistent and optimized user experience across various devices and screen sizes through responsive design techniques.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, adhering to Topgolf's brand guidelines.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or UX/UI design-related field, or equivalent experience required.
4+ Years proven experience as a Web UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web design projects.
3+ Years proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or equivalent.
2+ Years knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
2+ Years solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
2+ Years experience in Javascript Frameworks (Vue, React, etc). (Preferred)
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and apply new technologies.
Proficient in translating business metrics into cohesive digital experiences.
Strong collaborative skills, adept at working across multiple teams simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in conveying technical information verbally and in writing.
Capable of tailoring communication to a diverse range of audiences.
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Consistently meets project deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
