Job Responsibilities

• Elicit project requirements, evaluate business processes and identifies improvement areas for technology products. Collaboratively works with project managers, stakeholders and development teams in identifying solutions and documenting/implementing requirements and use cases to improve outcomes.

• Drive day-to-day functional technical business analysis processes with an eye towards continuous improvement, including consistent documentation, stakeholder approval, accurate estimates, appropriate testing, and accountability for team-level commitments

• Assists and advises in the design, development, testing, integration, and customization of software applications based on product knowledge and documented requirements/use cases.

• Advise and mentor teammates while continuing to learn, grow, and move up our Career Map, regularly finding ways to add value to our team and business

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of diverse technology/business experience as a Business Analyst, 5+ years of requirements elicitation and documentation

• 2+ Years Inventory management systems and/or data algorithms, User experience design (Preferred)

• Ability to work in ambiguous environment to bring clarity through assisting in solution definition and requirements documentation.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams (including matrixed team members and responsibility for the efforts of others), attention to detail, and organizational skills. Expertise in herding all variety of cats.

• Communication expert with the ability to convey technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of audiences.

• Deep functional expertise, including multiple methodologies and tools, and ongoing awareness of evolution within the industry that breeds innovation across the team.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills – picture… teaching differential calculus while riding a mechanical bull.
