Topgolf Sr. Manager, Paid Media in Dallas, Texas

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead agency partner in the briefing, development, activation and optimization of national and local media campaigns

  • Recap campaign performance, identify opportunities and make recommendations for optimizations

  • Manage the internal paid asset trafficking process from spec briefs to delivery to campaign launch

  • Manage media budget – including ownership of the forecasting and actualization processes

  • Provide media thought leadership and maintain knowledge of evolving media landscape (including emerging technology, platforms and consumer best practices)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, required

  • 7+ years Implementing media process: strategy development, media plan creation, buying, optimizations and measurement

  • 7+ years Deriving insights from performance data and creating actionable recommendations

  • 7+ years Collaborating cross-functionally with client brand teams/creative agencies

  • 4+ years Experience with leading teams – including managerial experience of direct report(s)

  • 4+ years Experience working at a media agency, buying media on behalf of consumer experience or hospitality brands

  • Advanced understanding of different types of media (digital, social, print, OOH, experiential, etc.) and self-motivated to continuously learn about emerging channels and platforms

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate and present learnings cross-functionally

  • Exceptional time management skills in order to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Self-motivated to brainstorm new ideas, present creative solutions and provide POVs regarding unique business challenges
