Topgolf Product Manager, CDP in Dallas, Texas

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and oversight of robust Customer Data Platform (CDP) marketing strategies to enhance player engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

  • Connect online and offline player data to create a 360 view across the player’s journey.

  • Take on a leadership role as the product lead, fostering cross-functional collaboration for seamless integration and optimal utilization of CDP systems with other marketing platforms.

  • Conduct thorough analyses and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and player behavior, surpassing predefined Return on Investment (ROI) benchmarks.

  • Explore, create, and activate hyper-segmented audiences to target more efficiently and provide personalized experiences across the customer lifecycle using a powerful first-party data strategy.

  • Develop, build, and implement sophisticated multi-channel player journeys for enhanced engagement.

  • Integrate customer profiles with streaming data to personalize inbound and outbound experiences in real time, including cross-brand data to elevate personalization and targeting efforts.

  • Create effective lead generation strategies and implement tactics for re-engaging players who have abandoned site.

  • Ability to derive insights from customer data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Effective communication skills to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer data management.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in data management and utilization.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors involved in data management processes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or related business field.

  • 2+ Years CDP implementation experience. 3+ Years hands-on management of CDP platforms (e.g. Action IQ, Adobe, Tealium, BlueConic).

  • 5+ Years experience with marketing campaign design and implementation across channels (e.g. email, SMS, app push, web, and social).

  • 3+ Years data handling – utilizing both API and batch processing.

  • 3+ Years scripting and query development.

  • 2+ Years data protection and privacy regulations experience (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • 2+ Years familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data management (e.g. SQL). (Preferred)
