Topgolf Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing in Dallas Office, Texas

Overview

This role is a responsible for developing long-term strategic partnerships with new and existing brands for Topgolf’s platforms, including but not limited to Topgolf Venues, WGT and Toptracer. This position will align with the Partnerships team to drive brand alignment, increase venue visits, enhance the guest experience, and deliver revenue targets for new and current partners. In addition, this position will serve as strategic liaison for clients specific to contractual obligations but prioritizing productive relationship building - including planning, integration, recapping and renewal – all while maintaining TEG goals and objectives. The role also includes management opportunities, and the ability to collaborate cross functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as brand team lead for partner-facing strategic initiatives, inventory packaging and activations to ensure consistency, scale and effectiveness

  • Partners with Partnerships, Marketing and Operations teams to conceptualize sponsorship programs that leverage Topgolf’s properties and value proposition and ultimately support the achievement of revenue targets

  • Demonstrates how partnering with Topgolf will drive a client’s business goals in a unique and compelling way by utilizing all available research, insights and marketing tools

  • Support Global Partnership team in sales meetings, as needed, presenting proposal particulars and represent Global Partnerships and Clients in Marketing meetings

  • SupportMarketing function in co-marketing programs that leverage partners and/or strategic alliances

  • Leadsinternal dialogue specific to areas of responsibility, being curious, collaborative and solution oriented

  • Managea portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance to ensure positive results are delivered. Deliver on partner contractual obligations, balancing TEG and partner goals and objectives, ideally resulting is positive partner experience, achievement of mutual KPIs, renewal and organic growth

  • Develop campaign and activation plans, create supporting documents, liaison internally, utilize CRM system, etc – all in the spirit of delivering exception client service, with an eye to TEG goals and standards

  • Collaboratewith Regional Sales Teams, and all of the Partnerships team in the spirit of successful communication and positive results

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related degree from an accredited college or university required

  • 7+ years experiencebuilding integrated partnerships; mutually beneficial marketing platforms, including understanding of various promotional channels, with proven successful track record required

  • 5+ years experience understanding of corporate partnerships, structure and monetization preferred
