Topgolf Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A in Dallas Office, Texas
The Senior Manager, Corporate Planning & Analysis will be working closely with the Director of Finance to spear-head the Company’s planning and forecasting process on a consolidated group level. S/he will provide strategic support to senior management by leading the planning/forecasting of corporate departments, evaluation of variances to plan and forecast and capital expenditure analysis, as well as facilitating preparation of board presentations, financial presentations and other projects requested by senior management.
Lead preparation of consolidated plan and quarterly forecast by:
Coordinating closely with business line and corporate department leads;
Developing standard deliverables and timeline; and
Presenting consolidated financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Analyze monthly results to provide accurate and timely explanations for variances to plan and forecast.
Develop process for annual capital planning and reforecasting.
Administer planning and forecasting software, including process improvements and enhancements
Facilitate preparation of quarterly Board of Director meeting materials.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Support senior management team with special projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Hands on experience with Anaplan preferred.
Strong leadership skills required.
Experience in the restaurant, retail or media industries is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Pivot table and PowerPoint skills.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
