You will be responsible for the planning, design, development and administration of top-notch associate compensation across the Topgolf organization! You will participate in market surveys and analyze the results to assist in ongoing competitive analyses and pay assessments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develops compensation policies, guidelines and procedure.

  • Recommends compensation plans which are competitive in the market industry and consistent with compensation trends and Company objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to leadership

  • Work with team to develop and ultimately oversee a consistent and uniform salary grade administration system that reflects ranges and regional areas that meet business objectives in relation to peers

  • Uses experience to make insightful and logical decisions to provide advice to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs

  • Manages the administration of wage and bonus agreements, direct compensation (executive, exempt and nonexempt cash compensation and commission programs) for staff including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on salaried associates

  • Manage and maintain multiple data sources to benchmark and analyze market-based pay recommendations utilizing MarketPay pricing tool

  • Establishes and maintains the quarterly and annual incentive plan processes to include design recommendations; calculations of monthly commissions, quarterly and annual incentive calculations along with coordinating the payout process

  • Evaluates, updates and maintains job description for modifications and additions as submitted by leadership

  • Review positions to ensure FLSA compliance

  • Consults with Talent Acquisition, Org Development and business leaders on offers and requested salary adjustments

  • Manages associate merit, promotion budget, offer, transfer and termination processes

  • Assist with preparation of compensation-related communication materials

  • Develops ad-hoc analysis, reports, and forecasts from Information Systems and business applications; interprets results that assist leadership with decision making Execute other projects and duties as required

Key Qualifications

  • Accredited Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of current Compensation specific experience including analysis, design and administration of compensation programs

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word

  • Advanced skillset in Excel to include pivot tables; pivot charting; use of slicers, advanced formulas and conditional formatting

  • Extensive systems experience including, reporting and data management within a database system, e.g., ADP, MarketPay, Microsoft Access, etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills including manipulating data, querying, and reporting including the ability to analyze and research compensation trends and partner with appropriate internal and external resources

  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with the HR team, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders including leadership

  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing competing demands

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and work well in a team environment

  • Strong collaboration, communication and attention to details

  • Excellent presentation skills, inter-personal, communication skills and team-based project experience

  • CCP Certification preferred
