Perform daily payroll department operations including data entry and payroll audits as necessary
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Assist in reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
Execute time clock system interface with ADP Payroll
Assist with projects as needed in order to remain compliant with Federal and State payroll laws and regulations
Interact with sites on processing payroll which requires excellent communication skills
Proficient in Excel – basics of Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
Works well in a team environment and with a collaborative approach; excellent time management skills as it is a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma
2-3 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll
High Volume payroll experience. (10000+)
Food and Beverage industry a Plus. (ETC, Tipping and Tipping Pools knowledge)
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of payroll best practices
Experience with ADP Payroll, preferred. ADP Reporting a plus
Strong work ethic and team player with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Ability to communicate with various levels of management
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
