Topgolf Manager, Brand Partnership Marketing in Dallas Office, Texas

Overview

This role is a responsible for developing long-term strategic relationships with new and existing partners in support of Topgolf’s strategic brand goals – awareness, conversation, attachment. This position will align to the Brand team and develop and strengthen partnership asset portfolios, create marketing plans, work cross functionally to find additional value, project manage, in addition to a wide variety of other needs based on the partner and relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against partner-supporting programs that drive Brand goals – awareness, visits, frequency and attachment metrics

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to deliver value and benefit to Topgolf, while also executing against partner asset portfolios. Manage partner relationships to ensure successful integrations, relationship growth, and delivery on key Topgolf metrics and criteria.

  • Support Topgolf’s goal of furthering modern golf through creation and oversight of key initiatives and partnerships. Ensure that this perspective is present in appropriate player and playmaker facing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required

  • 6+ years Managing integrated partnerships; mutually beneficial marketing plans for all parties for both endemic and non-endemic partners

  • 5+ years Agency or sports property experience managing large partnership relationship from start to finish and executing / reporting on value driven for both parties

  • 3+ years Development marketing and implementation strategies to drive sales results

  • 3+ years Project management experience

  • 4+ years Experience managing and tracking partner and company KPI’s

  • Ability to both think and do; Looks at problems or situations from a fresh perspective and comes up with new, unique solutions

  • Marketing Planning – Understanding of and experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns

  • Research and Data – Ability to read and analyze data

  • Strong business judgment; Can work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Balances intuition and analytics to drive pragmatic and yet, future focused business strategies

  • Strong focus and understanding on driving company filters and integrating them into partnership to ultimately benefit an organization

  • Results Orientation - Acts without being prompted and commits to achieving challenging goals

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; listens attentively and communicates information clearly and succinctly

  • Organizational Savvy; Interfaces with differing groups across the organization to achieve individual or collective goals and the ability to adapt in a frequently changing environment
