Topgolf’s Guest Care Call Center Associates provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment by answering incoming guest calls to assist with a variety of inquiries. You’ll use your excellent verbal communication skills, charisma, and ability to keep cool under pressure to ensure our Guests have an extraordinary experience with the Topgolf Brand, even when talking to you over the phone.
Work on weekends and holidays is required for all positions. The position also requires flexibility to work evening hours.

Respond to Voicemails from the previous night
Send Emails to follow up with Guests
6+ months Customer Service experience (in-person or over the phone)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
Dependable and punctual attendance is a must
High School Diploma or equivalent
