Topgolf is experiencing amazing growth! As a result, we have an opportunity for a Contract Recruiter! Our team is extremely fast paced and manages a high volume of openings with a keen focus on customer service and communication. In this position, you will source, screen and qualify candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles in Corporate and Field locations including disciplines such as: Food and Beverage Operations, Culinary Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, etc… Please note...this is a fast paced, high volume recruiting role! You will need to be self-motivated and have a strong sense of urgency and internal drive to be successful. You can expect to gain a wealth of experience in this position!

Source, prescreen and coordinate interviews for exempt and non-exempt positions assigned.
Use a wide variety of strategic resources to rapidly identify highly qualified, passive candidates in a cost-effective manner, screen and interview candidates and provide selection consultation to hiring managers.
Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review candidate applications and maintain candidate progress.
Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategies.
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an Agency or Corporate environment with a focus on corporate positions.
Superior communication skills with experience influencing others with well thought out recommendations to a wide range of audiences.
Proven ability to develop and execute on effective sourcing strategies, including cold calling, Internet searches, networking and database mining.
High-level proficiency with "LinkedIn Recruiter"
Experience working in an ATS and with MS Office products.
