Topgolf Contract Recruiter in Dallas Office, Texas


Topgolf is experiencing amazing growth! As a result, we have an opportunity for a Contract Recruiter! Our team is extremely fast paced and manages a high volume of openings with a keen focus on customer service and communication. In this position, you will source, screen and qualify candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles in Corporate and Field locations including disciplines such as: Food and Beverage Operations, Culinary Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, etc… Please note...this is a fast paced, high volume recruiting role! You will need to be self-motivated and have a strong sense of urgency and internal drive to be successful. You can expect to gain a wealth of experience in this position!

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, prescreen and coordinate interviews for exempt and non-exempt positions assigned.

  • Use a wide variety of strategic resources to rapidly identify highly qualified, passive candidates in a cost-effective manner, screen and interview candidates and provide selection consultation to hiring managers.

  • Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review candidate applications and maintain candidate progress.

  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an Agency or Corporate environment with a focus on corporate positions.

  • Superior communication skills with experience influencing others with well thought out recommendations to a wide range of audiences.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute on effective sourcing strategies, including cold calling, Internet searches, networking and database mining.

  • High-level proficiency with "LinkedIn Recruiter"

  • Experience working in an ATS and with MS Office products.
