Topgolf Construction Project Manager in Dallas Office, Texas
We are seeking a Dallas-based Construction Project Manager (Road Warrior) to be responsible for tasks relating to the construction roll-out of new Topgolf facilities, from managing the initial planning process through design, construction, and on to the receipt of occupancy permit and project closeout.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance and results of all third parties during the construction process including the General Contractor, as well as any second-tier or task-specific subcontractors and vendors contracted directly.
Provide periodic project status updates as required, participate in project internal reviews, and monitor project schedules and budgets throughout.
Participate in project start-up, design, and project planning meetings.
Work with contractors to develop work plan that ensures completion of projects in accordance with scope, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Provide periodic onsite presence as the primary point of contact for Topgolf at project sites and in meetings, and physically monitoring work progress and assessing overall performance.
Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture required
5+ years inConstruction Management/Engineering/Architecture required
Work experience in Microsoft Project scheduling software as well as with other software tools of the architectural/engineering/construction industries (PlanGrid, Procore, etc.)
Proficiency in standard business software such as the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to write/review contracts
40%, Travel requirements will vary depending on demands of the project, and ramps up throughout the length of the project – requiring more time on site towards the end of the build.
