Topgolf Application Systems Analyst Internship in Dallas Office, Texas

Overview

The Application Support Analyst role is a role that allows for the selected individual to technically support Topgolf ServiceNow SAAS tool. The role will provide the individual with opportunities to be hands-on while also interfacing with other IT business stakeholders in providing solutions to common IT service management issues. The selected individual, will work with our Integration engineers, ERP Administrators and developers in extending more support to our IT processes and workflows with special emphasis on our ServiceNow system.

Intern overview:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Approximate start and end dates: June – August (Flexible depending on school calendar)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, modify, troubleshoot issues and test solutions on ServiceNow and other TI supporting applications

  • Work with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements, and transforming those requirements into technical requirements for business functionality

  • Monitor performance and stability of our ServiceNow system

  • Assume additional support responsibilities as assigned

Key Qualifications

  • Purseing a Computer Science Degee or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of undergradate study completed

  • 1+ years of experience in IT application support/customer service

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency in some coding language(javascript)is a plus, but not necessary

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for delivering results

  • Ability to absorb a lot of information within a short amount of time

  • Proficiency with excel and MS Office Suite

  • Ability to commit to a 10-12 weeks internship
