Our Junior Line Chefs are key members of our kitchen team. Using your prior culinary experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
We are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided.
*You will be required to provide a valid Proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid Passport OR Birth Certificate along with your National Insurance Documentation (both must be present) OR another form of valid right to work documentation'. As applicable you must have a minimum of 6 months’ work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.*

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.
Preparing frequently used ingredients i.e. vegetables.
Being up to date and displaying full knowledge of food specifications in regards to any food promotions, new events menus, or LTO’s currently or soon to be on sale.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.
Full compliance with Topgolf’s Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.
Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety.
At least 6 months Chef experience.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
