The Guest Services Team Leader helps their team provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Players. By working with, training and coaching our Associates, the Team Lead ensures our Players have the best time of their lives.

Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role**

Candidates must be living in the United Kingdom to be considered**

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service on a daily basis

  • Support and train any new starters

  • Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement

  • Uphold operating procedures and service and safety standards

  • Ensure that venue opening and closing procedures are carried out in full, as instructed in departmental checklists.

  • Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring

  • Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager

  • Experience working in hospitality

  • Leadership experience

  • Energy and enthusiasm

  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills

  • Ability to work on a team
