Overview

We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the Topgolf team, you will provide operational support to the General Manager in all areas for the business- this is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for professional development in a fast growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager to lead all aspects of the venue, including maximising financial potential and continuously striving to develop a culture of excellence.

  • To take ownership for associate engagement

  • To focus on and improve the guest journey, using measures such as our Guest Survey tool, to influence and implement changes to how we serve our guests

  • Ensure staffing level is at an optimum level in like with the trends and needs of the business.

  • To take responsibility for the training and management of all Duty Mangers within the business

  • Ensure that KPI’s are achieved at departmental and venue wide levels

What we're looking for

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant and leisure industry

  • An aspiring General Manager looking to take a step into a higher revenue operation

  • Experience of management of high-volume Food and Beverage operations is essential

  • Multi-unit / department management experience

  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills

  • High levels of self-awareness and integrity

  • Experience in Human Resource management, including disciplinary and grievances
