Topgolf Marketing Coordinator in Augusta, Georgia


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing the grassroots marketing strategy and managing local marketing programs for our venues. They are responsible for activating local campaigns and outreach efforts that target our core audiences and have direct impact on new and repeat Guest visits to Topgolf. This role relies heavily on analysis of local data and return on investment (both financial and resource).

Topgolf participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Know your local market! Where people go, when they go, latest offers and promotions of competitors (social media, key groups to follow, network participation)

  • Plan community outreach programs as part of national and local campaigns

  • Track results of marketing activities (KPI’s, budgets/financial returns, ROI, planning, sizing)

  • Work with the venue managers to educate and engage Associates on Marketing initiatives

  • Create and manage key partnerships with local businesses/organizations/ charities to build community relations

  • Participate in charitable outreach that can also be a business/networking opportunity

  • Own the real time venue Social Media presence

  • Manage requests for donations/sponsorships of local sports teams, charities or schools

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations preferred

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing role utilizing the following: Social media branding, Managing ROI and KPI metrics, marketing initiatives, managing local outreach marketing programs, developing and managing local partnerships, managing relationships with charity and non-profit partners

  • Ability to self-evaluate and consistently identify areas where knowledge or performance improvement can be identified and actioned

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skills

  • Friendly, positive, outgoing personality who relates well and gets along with people

  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity

  • Energy and enthusiasm

  • Flexibility in schedule.
