Our Chef De Parties are key members of our kitchen team. We are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided.

Y ou will be required to provide Proof of Right to Work in the UK, this can be a valid (in date) Passport, birth certificate along with documentation with your National Insurance Number (both must be present), or another right to work document

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and executing dishes in a timely manner, ensuring the food is delivered according to Topgolf’s specifications.

  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes and presentation specifications.

  • Ensure that food is delivered through high volume periods to the Topgolf standards.

  • Ensure all stations are set up and fully stock with the necessary supplies.

  • Full compliance of Topgolf’s Food, Health and Safety polices and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.

  • Level 2 certificate in Food Safety.

  • Minimum 1 year Chef experience.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.

  • Strong communication, time management and organisational skills.
