Topgolf National Director of Operations - Denver Market in Dallas, Texas

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all Directors of Operations fully understand the expectation and deliver sales, hospitality, and standards, via ongoing communication, training, and empowerment. (20% Time)

  • Developing a ‘talent pipeline’ for Operations, to ensure successful succession planning. (20% Time)

  • Setting goals, monitoring, and reviewing progress against objectives and personal development plans. (15% Time)

  • Building effective working relationships with associates from other parts of the business. (15% Time)

  • Monitoring levels of hospitality on an ongoing basis; frequent travel to the venues to meet with and observe Management, provide coaching, and recognition. (30% Time)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree:Business Administration, Management (Preferred)

  • 3+ Years Managing multi-unit, high volume operations in multiple states (Required)

  • 12+ Years Progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations (Preferred)

  • High level of business acumen

  • High level of communication skillsets with acute listening skills

  • Ability to interpret business results and translate into operational plans

  • Setting clear direction and providing regular feedback to all individuals.
